Tomorrow I don't have to go to school, so this afternoon I went to Brussels with friend A. It was the end of the 'sale' so we hoped to find some good buys. Unfortunately I didn't find the shoes I want, I wished I had a 37 (the only pair that left). But they are so beautiful, and I really really really want them! (they're from Zara, lace up, size 41, only €20)
But I found a really nice 'retro' dress in H&M for just €7, so cheap! Also a belt in Mango (for €6) and two cd's from MGMT and Radiohead.

The Duchess

Saturday evening I went to the cinema with A and E, we saw "The Duchess" with in the leading part the talented Keira Knightley. For me she's really one of the best actresses of this moment.
But the movie wasn't that great, there was no big story behind it, and some of the actors were really bad (my own opinion, of course). But all the views of England were amazing, Keira was wonderful, the dresses she wore were more than beautiful and there were also some great shots of the cameraman, just like you were watching a picture.
So if you just like those costume drama's you really have to see this movie!

Ebay

I have found a new (expensive) hobby: Ebay!

I love to bid on all that stuff, and maybe I'm biding a bit too much, it's just like I find everything cool and handy. So I just buy and buy and buy (till my bancaccount is empty) and that's actually a bit alarming because I have to learn how to handle with money. And that's not something like: 'oh what a beautiful bag, I will buy it!' So Ebay is a bad new hobby, but I like it soooo much!
Things I have bought allready: cream roses earrings for £2.20 (like you see on the picture), the dvd of my favourite movie 'Atonement' (with the beautiful Keira Knightley) and now I have seen a beautiful, red, vintage (1970s) holdall of Adidas. But I have promised it to myself: that bag is my last purchase for a month (or a weak or a day?).

I'm Katrien and this is my (new) weblog. I have started this blog because I love to write and show to other people what intresests me.
